Which opportunities qualify for Deal Registration?

Note: Current implementations or previously purchased Zitadel products/services are not eligible for new registration.

What options do I have if my registration is declined?

If your submission was not approved, there is still a path forward. Please contact your designated Zitadel Account Executive directly to initiate the appeal process. When reaching out, include any supplementary information, customer insights, or engagement details that strengthen your position and demonstrate your value in the opportunity. Our team is committed to reviewing appeals thoroughly to ensure fair consideration of your partnership investment.
