Account Executive (equity based)
Description
We are looking for a founding Account Executive to join our small and growing team. This role is fully remote, we do prefer candidates in US timezones. As an early employee, you will have immense impact on the product and business.
About us.
ZITADEL is a modern open source identity infrastructure tool that helps developers leverage secure authentication and authorization for their applications.
The company was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Switzerland. Most of our team are experienced engineers with a background in identity management and cloud-native application development. The team works fully-remote and we are open to hire globally.
About the role.
ZITADEL has seen strong open source traction and we are now working on monetizing the service and building enterprise sales.
We have a good and steady inbound lead pipeline and need a talented Account Executive to manage the sales life cycle, build out a playbook, and increase demand trough outbound campaigns. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure we are meeting customer requirements.
What we are looking for.
- 3+ years experience successfully selling a technical product
- Ability to understand and teach complex technical topics
- Fluency in English
- Interest and ownership of your role with a lot of freedom to shape the topic
